Led a team of 6 and a ~$1M budget across martech, campaign execution, process optimization, and data strategy. Architected and deployed the production AI systems on this site, from the account-intelligence engine to the three-agent SEO team, and automated multichannel programs influencing nine figures of pipeline.
Ran marketing operations across marketing, business development, and sales. Built conversion and velocity dashboards, lead-to-account matching, and demand-funnel tracking.
Led the Eloqua-to-Marketo migration with scoring, nurtures, and sales handoff; MQL-to-SQL conversion more than tripled. Built the cross-functional intake process and the GDPR consent framework.
Owned the martech roadmap and Marketo migration for a global organization, leading a team of 5. Built a custom Marketo–CRM scoring and routing integration and personalized nurture programs that measurably lifted engagement.
