The basic workflow
Document, ground, and revisit.
- Write the one-page strategy. Document who you serve, current priorities, what you say no to, how you decide, and your guardrails.
- Reconstruct recent decisions. Capture the options, real reasoning, and conditions that would change the decision.
- Ground the work. Give both documents to AI before it plans, prioritizes, or drafts.
- Flag conflicts. Ask the AI to surface conflicts rather than silently resolving them.
- Check the outcome. Revisit decisions after enough time has passed to judge what happened.
